Who you'll work with

You’ll have a personal development plan and access to our bespoke learning systems, Sunbelt Rentals University and Perform. We’ll talk to you about your training and development needs and what you’d like to do to further your career.

You’ll spend your first few days attending interactive, fun induction workshops so you’re all set for your new role, with an understanding of the Sunbelt business and where you fit in.

This could include attending courses run by our experienced in-house Training Team and dedicated Training Centre – they deliver an award-winning range of technical, safety and professional training programmes.
We also offer support so you can gain professional accredited qualifications related to your job and your career aspirations.
