prosperIS Recruitment Ltd is dedicated to providing a full range of recruitment services to customers and candidates throughout the UK.

Established in 2007, our primary focus is on servicing the IT, Digital Marketing and Engineering market sectors across the UK.

Within our efficient and professional service offering, prosperIS will take time to understand all facets of opportunities such as the working environment, culture and career progression prospects for all roles; understanding that such factors hold as much importance as the role itself for many of our candidates.

prosperIS is run by Ieuan Savage and Adrian Foster who met at a recruitment agency in 2001. 

When Ieuan started working in the recruitment industry back in 2001 (email was in its infancy; he still presented some CV’s via fax!), he's enjoyed 18 years experience of working with fantastic customers and candidates. Initially working in The Netherlands with Modis International, he gained 6.5 years excellent experience of working in both Eindhoven and Amsterdam. His recruitment experience there focused on the IT and Telecommunications sectors, working with multi-national organisations from a variety of sectors, including Banking, Software, Aerospace, Electronics and of course Telecomms.

Adrian's IT recruitment career also started in Holland.  He worked at Modis in The Netherlands for five years from 1998. In 2003 he came back to The UK and worked at a small recruitment company in Cardiff - leading a small team and working with some great clients. Fatherhood and family life soon followed and in 2007 he helped start prosperIS with Ieuan. He has been lucky enough to work with some great companies and fantastic candidates; many of whom have gone on to engage prosperIS to help with their own recruitment needs as they have developed their own careers and built teams.
