Role Overview proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV taking full responsibility for assisting our internal staff by being the first point of contact for technical queries. You will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote support, and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT projects. You will have excellent customer service, equipped with the passion, resources and commercial insight to help achieve them. Key Responsibilities Providing support for c450 end users, including office and remote users Provide face to face, floor walking and remote telephone troubleshooting support to end users Issues will need to be fixed or reported quickly and professionally and where necessary escalated to a 2nd or 3rd line support team member Working within a team to ensure all calls are responded to within SLA targets &amp; requirements Building and maintaining Desktops / Laptops (HP &amp; Dell) Ensuring that support tickets are dealt with promptly and appropriately Reasonable understanding of IT hardware and Windows OS and software is essential. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Sales Order Processor to be a key part of our Operations team, representing proAV, working alongside a small team to respond to client inquiries and process sales orders and invoices. One of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally), this position is based within our proAV site in Egham. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Sales Order Processor to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities Processing sales orders for proAV Project works and service contracts Raising and issuing invoices in an efficient and timely fashion Managing stage payments and client PO’s Updating SAP and other company information systems Dealing directly with clients and queries Administrating and facilitating installation projects including data processing of working copies Support the team to improve export sales order processing efficiency Creation and presentation of reports to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis. Sales Order Processor

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Front of House Operative to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the first impression of proAV to our clients and visitors. Based in proAV’s Customer Service Building at Gladstone House, the Front of House Operative is responsible for receiving all calls and guests into proAV in a courteous and professional manner. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Front of House Operative to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities : Liaise with guests as a first point of contact, ensuring they receive a warm welcome, a positive impression of the company and their needs are met. Sign in/out of visitors ensuring the visitor log is complete and building passes returned. Making refreshments for visitors Responsibility for managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are correctly set up with refreshments and catering as ordered. Front of House Operative (12 month FTC)

Role Overview proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Service Desk Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, taking full responsibility for maintaining high levels of customer service and support for dedicated key accounts. Due to the nature of the Support Services business many of theses areas are subject to SLA’s, key performance indicators and balanced scorecard assessments. Developing and sustaining excellent customer relations whilst ensuring the commercial impact of accounts are upheld, are the primary objective of the role. This is an office based role in Egham, Surrey. This role works on fortnightly shift pattern, working 40 hours per week, 9 hours a day with shift patterns between 7am-7pm. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Service Desk Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
