What we do
We provide high quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs in and around the Folkestone area. We are a small, friendly organisation that has been delivering services since 1994.
Our mission is to provide vulnerable adults with amazing support that enables them to achieve their potential and fulfil their aspirations.

Who you'll work with
We support adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to live ordinary lives. Most of our support is delivered to people in their own homes (most of it round the clock care) but we also have four small-group residential homes suited to people in crisis and/or with very complex needs. We aim to help these people get a home of their own at some point in the future.
We are a friendly organisation that tends to kepp hold of staff who really want to do a good job. We give our carers the support, resources and tools to excel and work closely with our service users' families to ensure they feel involved.
