Exiting opportunity has arisen for an experience Payroll Administrator to work as part of a large team. The role is part of the Payroll Private Clients team, you will provide payroll advice and support to managers, clients and employees in accordance with legislation and agreed policies, procedures and SLAs, this will include working to strict processing deadlines on starters, amendments, absence &amp; leavers. This is a Hybrid - Home and approx.. 2 days in the London office per month Key tasks and responsibilities: To process payroll data received from Private Clients, relating to starters, leavers, pay reviews, pay adjustments (approx. 90 clients between the team) - systems IRIS Payroll Professional and Zellis. To process any changes to payroll that may arise out of queries, e.g. overpayments and underpayments. Able to calculate and understand occupational and statutory sick, maternity and paternity pay. To answer queries over the telephone &amp; via email promptly and effectively. To deliver the required payroll outputs against the monthly payroll calendar. Manage &amp; prioritise own payroll delegated work. To meet tight deadlines regarding deadline dates. To complete 100% of payroll data received from the client on a daily and monthly basis. 100% of inputs and outputs processed for the payroll calendar and deadlines. Monitor allocation closely on a monthly basis to ensure all targets/deadlines are met. Ensure that all targets for service delivery are met and where possible exceeded. To check data for self and colleague’s work. Compliance with BSI, ISO Audits, GDPR and Government Data Security. Undertake training required to deliver the required payroll objectives and assist in training of other staff to ensure multi skills within the team. To liaise closely with other parts of the business, particularly implementation, payroll support team &amp; Senior Payroll Administrators. Delivery of all client Service Level Agreements. Adherence and maintenance of procedure manuals &amp; checklists. Adhere to company’s Health &amp; Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and all relevant statutory requirements. Essential Skills and Attributes: Solid all round payroll knowledge, 2 years plus experience. Excel skills are required. Must be highly organised and be able to multitask as working on multiple payrolls each month. IRIS Payroll Professional and/or Zellis preferable but not essential. Payroll Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team. You will primarily be assisting the Payroll Manager in processing their monthly client payrolls. Calculating SMP, SSP, holiday pay etc. The role is currently office based, working Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm flexi. Our client who is based in Central London, is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager with a minimum of 7 years in Payroll, to work on a hybrid basis, to assist in managing and supervising a payroll team. THE ROLE Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the Payroll team to provide a first class payroll service. You will be responsible for day to day support and supervision of the team along with managing a small portfolio of client payrolls. Assistant Payroll Manager

This is great opportunity for either a part qualified accountant or someone wanting to embark on their finance career to learn and develop within our internal accounts team, supporting the wider business across a number of different areas.
