Marketing & BD Co-ordinator

This specialist law firm is looking for a dynamic BD &amp; Marketing Manager to join their talented &amp; collaborative team. You will work closely with specific practice groups &amp; support firm-wide initiatives. Event Management: Organise and deliver events effectively, ensuring ROI and gathering feedback. Marketing Materials: Create and maintain up-to-date client-facing collateral and support pitches, including occasional tenders. Content Creation: Collaborate on legal updates, blogs, and thought leadership with lawyers and agencies. Digital Marketing: Manage website and social media content to enhance visibility and engagement. Awards &amp; Submissions: Draft legal directory and award submissions, advising on messaging and clarity. Research: Conduct targeted research on clients, prospects, and sectors. Reporting &amp; Analysis: Produce and interpret performance data from campaigns and tools. CRM Management: Promote and support best practices in CRM usage (InterAction). Internal Communications: Contribute to staff communications and raise internal awareness of BD/marketing efforts. PR: Coordinate press opportunities and PR initiatives, often with external agencies. BD & Marketing Manager

A hugely dynamic and progressive law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Bid &amp; Business Development Manager. Joining an established and very strong marketing/BD team, you will manage a Senior Executive and your key responsibilities will include: Identifying potential opportunities for lawyers and their relevant practice areas. Leading on bids and tenders from initial opportunity through to submission and reporting. Developing and writing persuasive, tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight the firm's strengths. Providing coaching to improve the performance of pitch teams and individual lawyers. Ensuring business development content is captured and stored for future use, and identify content gaps to overcome them. Keeping up to date with market best practice and developments, and share knowledge with the wider Marketing and Business Development team.
