*Recruitment process*:

Our recruitment process is fully virtual and can be completed from the comfort of home. It all starts with a simple online form, followed by a Welcome Meeting with a friendly member of our team. After this, you'll be able to complete our virtual induction and training course. We'll then send our exclusive Welcome Box straight to your door, complete with your uniform, ID badge and a selection of thoughtful items, so you're ready to get to work.

Please note: all healthcare candidates require a minimum of 3 months of full-time paid care experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months if part-time. If you're applying for a Complex Care/care at home role, we do accept 3 months of unpaid experience, for example caring for a friend or relative.
