LTSB is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. We make sure those at risk of under-employment find careers equal to their ambition and ability, and can contribute from their first day on the job.

We focus attention on communities where leadership potential is often wasted and we empower young people in the locations that we work to become future business leaders.

LTSB’s vision is “a world where all young people flourish, regardless of your background.” We address all forms of disadvantage: personal, in terms of adverse life events; socio-economic, in terms of class boundaries or lack of social capital; and practical, in terms of preparation young people need for the working world.

LTSB offer 3 different intensive programmes throughout the year, where you are prepared for the world of work.

LTSB Business and Finance Programme

For our Business and Finance Programme, you will undergo a tailored bootcamp which gives you a genuine insight into Business to help you succeed. You will gain a host of employability skills and take part in exclusive corporate experiences, we give you the edge. You’ll also complete an accredited Level 2 AAT qualification through one of our education partners.

Roles available in London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.

The Natwest Group: Digital, Data and Customer Service Apprenticeships

We’ve partnered with NatWest Group because we’re looking for young people who are passionate about digital technology, data, and customer service to join a range of apprenticeship opportunities in permanent roles with the bank in 2021. We are offering places on three-week interactive bootcamps where you will receive employability training and insight into the specific role for which you’ve applied. Successful completion of the bootcamp guarantees you an interview. On the apprenticeship you’ll study to gain a qualification while putting new skills to use in work, earning a competitive salary, and being supported professionally through the programme.

Roles are available in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London, and Manchester.

 

The Natwest Group: Contact Centre Apprenticeships

We’ve partnered with NatWest Group because we’re looking for young people who are passionate about customer service to join Contact Centre apprenticeship opportunities with the bank through 2021. We are offering places on two-week interactive bootcamps where you will receive employability training and insight into NatWest Group’s contact centre roles, followed by work experience at the bank’s centres. Successful completion of the bootcamp and work experience guarantees you an interview for an apprenticeship and permanent job. On the apprenticeship you’ll study to gain a qualification while putting new skills to use in work, earning a competitive salary, and being supported professionally through the programme.

Roles are available in Belfast, Bolton, Edinburgh, Greenock, Liverpool, and Southend-on-Sea.
