Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large professional services business in Chelmsford, to recruit an HR Systems and Data Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.&nbsp; This role would best suit someone with experience and a genuine interest in systems/analytics.&nbsp; Key responsibilities to include;&nbsp; Support the HR function by providing systems administration knowledge, support for all HRIS functions and systems. Create systems workflows in Open HR and perform system configuration Create and maintain procedure manuals, including workflow specifications for use within the HR Department/Office Managers globally Write reports, as required, via Open HR, Excel or the SQL database Perform data cleansing and maintenance of all systems Provide firm-wide reporting stats on a monthly basis Assist with general queries and training regarding all HR systems Run out of hours systems saves Manage large data imports and exports from Open HR and the SQL database Manage the systems in-box. Systems and Data Administrator

Kingswood Group are excited to be working with a growing financial services firm to assist them in recruiting a new Paraplanner to join their St Albans office. Open to level of experience, this firm can either offer a platform to learn or the opportunity to join at a more senior level and grow. The position: The position: Working within a well established paraplanning team, which consists of paraplanners, administration staff and trainee advisers, the successful candidate will be providing the wider team with centralised support. Duties will include; Administration duties including; Answering the phone and dealing with queries as and when they arise Processing post Scanning documents and adding to the tracker Chasing policy information with providers Ongoing management of the tracker Sending out monthly valuations to clients Ensuring compliance documents are in date Processing information requests to providers (sending requests via email and post) Paraplanning duties include; Liaising directly with a dedicated Adviser Daily update meetings for all cases Liaising with clients as and when required by phone, email and post Compiling research for new business cases Drafting suitability reports, generating cover letters, one pagers and other client facing documents when requested. Paraplanner

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large organisation based in Bristol with the recruitment of 2 Payroll Coordinators to assist with a new project. Using Workday Payroll, this role will be based 2 days in the office. These are 12 month contract positions.&nbsp; Duties will include; Support the Payroll Manager in delivering an accurate and timely payroll&nbsp; Assist in dealing with employee payroll queries. Processing and checking all pay and benefit related changes Submit payroll by set deadline to create BACS automation Create and update payroll standard operating procedures Process and reconcile cycle to work &amp; season ticket loans repayments. Process all third party payments via bacs payments by legislative deadlines. Complete general administration duties (e.g. sending out tax forms, updating records). Run payroll reports when required.
