What we do

The Staff Bank department is a dedicated team aiming to provide a quality service to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHNT). The Staff Bank strives to support our hospitals with competent, reliable and registered staff nurses and healthcare assistants who will be able to provide the highest level of service to our patients. We seek quality Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who share the same goals and values as we do. The Staff Bank gives workers a great platform to build relationships with the hospital staff allowing opportunity for permanent position or on-going work within a department.

As a bank worker you will be able to gain a wide range of experiences across different areas. Guaranteed shifts are offered to Bank Staff before being offered to other agencies. This allows you to select from a wider range of shifts.

The bank is run as a managed service by Reed, although all bank workers have a flexible working agreement with the Trust. Our friendly bookings team are always happy to help. ICHNT have many bank shifts across all grades at Hammersmith Hospital, Queen Charlotte Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, Western Eye Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital. ‘ The Imperial Staff Bank offers nurses and HCA's the opportunity to work additional shifts across ICHT Join the Staff Bank!
