What We Do:

We work closely with our customers to manufacture rapid prototypes for time critical deliveries, through to small and medium size production orders. All our manufacturing is completed within our clean, secure and highly organised UK facility.

Gemini Tec continually invest in world-class manufacturing technology, to produce in excess of 100,000 SMT assemblies per year, to a diverse range of customers based in the UK and Europe.

 

Technology Driven Supplier:

Gemini Tec is the only UK CEM operating entirely with solder jet printing technology, coupled with vapor phase reflow. Investment in process technology allow us to manufacture high mix/high density PCBA products beyond the capability of traditional techniques, to deliver customers with unrivalled product quality.

We use 7 automated Mycronic SMT placement machines, Asscon vapor phase and N2 reflow, supported with 3D AOI and advanced X-Ray. 

Our service includes box build, mechanical assembly, conformal coating and system level test.  IPC trained technicians deliver a fully comprehensive manufacturing service.
