ENI are a specialist recruitment consultancy, working for the Insight industry. Covering the Market Research, Data and Analytics areas, our reputation for finding first-class talent is second to none. We are now looking for more talented people to join our friendly team. 

At ENI, we believe that recruitment consultants should be as well versed in the industry that they recruit for, as those who work within it. That's why our training puts as much emphasis on teaching the industry as much as recruitment. This gives us the knowledge base to be able to advise candidates on their potential career paths and clients on their hiring needs. This approach to recruitment is key to building long term relationships with people within the industry and achieving our goal of getting repeat business through recommendations.

Training is continuous: we attend industry events and conferences to ensure that we are up to date with how this complex and constantly evolving industry is changing. We understand the market as well as anyone, partnering with Chime Communications and the MRS to conduct a study on careers in research and insight with the aim of understanding the needs and motivations of candidates within the field.

This approach is how we have managed to build a reputation within the industry as partners and not suppliers, working with some of the world’s largest blue chip clients, as well as smaller consultancies, advising on their hiring needs as well as fulfilling them.

We consult with clients, advising them on the best approach to fill roles, essential in a candidate-short market. Using our experience of the industry to understand the motivations of candidates, we extract the information from clients that makes their business and the role unique and interesting. That helps us approach and attract the individual that will help the client’s business grow and develop.
