Sports and Social committees
DST has an active Sports and Social Committee made up of volunteers from across the organisation who organise an array of events.
These events include theatre trips, quiz nights, trips abroad, football tournaments, bowling nights and are updated on our company intranet page daily.
The Sports and Social Committee help negotiate excellent staff discounts with retailers, gyms and restaurants too.
Visiting Retail
If it's a bit of retail therapy you are looking for then great, because DST brings the high street to you! We have visiting retailers to our offices selling everything from greetings cards and jewellery, cakes and sweets, to clothing and remote control toys.
The Group Forum
The Group Forum is an international group of employee representatives who act as a conduit between our colleagues and our Senior Leaders to discuss companywide issues. These issues range from clarity around business reorganisation and grading structures, corporate branding and prices in the canteens. The Forum essentially offers a platform for the employee voice to be heard so they can better engage with the Business.
Community Investment and Charity
DST has several dedicated and active Charity Committees that regularly meet to organise events so we can all be big-hearted and give something back. Each year the Committee actively supports chosen charities and wealso operate a ‘Give As You Earn’ (GAYE) scheme which allows you to donate to charity directly from your gross salary.
