Who you'll work with

Derwent Training has a strong work ethic that places its learners at the centre of what it does. Staff are supportive of each other in their professional and personal efforts.

A recent external national audit report from Matrix Standard stated that "the CEO involves staff and constantly makes them think how they can improve. This more learner-centred approach has impacted on the positive, friendly atmosphere and organisational culture."

Staff work hard but are supported very well by the senior team and are rewarded not only through remuneration, but by care packages and additional leave days as appropriate.
