What we do

Our service-led business was set up based on knowledge that we gained from the client’s perspective, by understanding the issues and effects that poor service can have on a company.
The founders, and brothers, are the fourth generation within their family to be involved in logistics and have set up and run a successful food logistics business too. It is this background that has helped forge the way forward from understanding exactly the issues logistics businesses have when recruiting agency staff. Our driver agency was born out of frustrations with local agencies not providing a good enough service for their business.

A major part of our vision is to make sure that we look after our entire team and provide them with consistent work with clients who always provide a safe working environment.
The Challenge Group invest heavily in training and we use our own driver assessors to make sure our workers meet specific client criteria and safe systems of work, from dray training for beer delivery to refrigeration training for fresh produce delivery.
