Employed Financial Planner with HNW client bank in Yorkshire Salary based on experience 60,000 OTE of 100,000 - Plus excellent benefits package. As a result of a retirement our client is looking for a Financial Planner to join their growing team, taking over an existing client base. This individual will identify and provide financial planning advice to clients and maintain profitable long terms relationships with those clients in order to achieve their goals and aspirations. The ideal candidate will work remotely and be based in the Yorkshire area, with the ability to travel frequently. Key Accountabilities Include Responsible for identifying and engaging suitable clients, in part through developing a network of connections leading to client recruitment. Proactively provide on-going advice to clients (both self-sourced and those provided by internal and external Business Partnering) at regular agreed intervals, taking account of changes in their personal circumstances and the regulatory and legislative environment Working in a team with the para-planners and professional support staff, ensure client instructions are executed in a timely manner. On an on-going basis identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients to ensure that the client’s portfolio fits with their requirements and optimises their investment and to identify any client referrals Work alongside the Financial Education Team when required to achieve best client outcomes Proactively engage with professional introducers and support them. Our client is a financial services provider offering savings, investment, and protection products which helps families and individuals reach their financial goals, protect their families and improve communities. Oopportunities for an enthusiastic and confident individuals are available across the UK. You will be provided with a customer database which you will build upon. You will receive ongoing support, guidance, training and development in processes, systems and products to help you succeed in your role. You will enjoy the autonomy of being home based and responsible for managing your daily activities and diary as well as being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers. If you are from a sales background, and have a genuine desire in providing financial advice to help families and individuals reach their financial goals you will be rewarded with a basic salary of 28,000 (rising to 32,000 on completion of probation) plus uncapped earning potential for achievement of your goals with OTE of 45,000 together with a company car, life cover and a pension scheme into which the company will contribute up to 10% of total earnings.
