Professional Qualification Scheme and Apprenticeships

Caroola is an industry leader when it comes to developing its people. We are an ACCA Platinum Trainee provider and have supported over 650 learners to gain a professional qualification since 2017.

Last year we were recognised again by the Department for Education for being one of the UK’s top 100 apprenticeship employers.

Our Professional Qualification Scheme offers a broad range of fully supported qualifications in all business areas - some of our team have even achieved an MBA with us! Caroola colleagues can aspire to achieve a professional or leadership qualification and develop through any awarding body including AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CIPD, CIPP and ILM to name just a few. We partner with leading UK universities and training providers to deliver our programmes.
