C G Spratt and Son are an independent firm of Chartererd Surveyors and property management company.  Established in 1948 we offer professional advice to our clients and manage a diverse property portfolio.  

We are official RICS regulated Valuers and we can provide a full range of professional services including property valuation for a variety of purposes including probate, rating, fire insurance reinstatement, taxation.  We also undertake homebuyer service, commercial surveys, schedules of dilapidation.  We advise landlords and tenants on lease renewals and rent reviews. 

We have years of experience managing both commercial and residential properties.  We provide a full property management service for a broad variety of buildings ranging from houses occupied on assured shorthold tenancies through to residential block management, high street shops, offices and factories.
