Senior Property Manager - Colchester CO1 Our well-established Independent Estate Agency based in Colchester CO1 are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager for their successful Lettings and Property Management department. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating and carrying out property viewings Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week) Salary: OTE 30,000pa basic salary to be discussed. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole property sales process from generating /carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.
