We search for the highest calibre of telemarketing personnel although not everyone we recruit comes from a telemarketing background. The core area of our business, telemarketing, is supported by an impressive and self–contained in–house operations function. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a seamless and fail–safe service for our many valued clients. The operations team is critical to the running of our business and takes responsibility for all of our IT, finance, compliance, HR and data requirements. Our senior telemarketing managers are free to focus on our organisations core activities with first class support from an experienced operational team.
