AheadHR delivers CIPD qualification programmes online to learners throughout the UK and a small number of international students. We are currently looking for additional CIPD coaches to work with the team to help us to deliver our programmes.

You will be part of a small, remote and growing team, working flexibly to deliver the CIPD's fantastic range of qualifications.  We are a highly respected study centre with a long standing relationship with the CIPD.  Most of the team are CIPD or CMI qualified with a very strong mix of academic and professional experience across a range of sectors.

If you are interested in working with us but don't quite meet the criteria at the moment then we are happy to consider you for a place in our AheadAcademy. This may suit you if you are:

• working towards a longer term career goal as a coach but not ready yet
• not able to apply at the moment but it's a role that you would love
• interested in coaching at a different level to this recruitment exercise
• qualified in other professional standards, eg CMI or ILM
• not successful in this application but appropriate for future opportunities
