Welling MSP is a specialist recruiter for managed service providers (MSPs), value added resellers (VARs) and IT Support businesses in the UK.

Founded by exMSPer Daniel Welling, who having recruited, trained, managed and mentored MSP people knows exactly which people are suited to managed services life and can thrive in their careers with a Managed Service Provider.

MSP roles we recruit for include;

• Technical Consultant / Engineer / IT Professional (first level, second level, third level, forth level, level 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5...you get the idea!)
• Commercial Consultant / Account Manager (Internal, External, bit of both, with technical and sales experience or just one or the other)
• Sales Consultant / Sales Manager / New Business Development (bringing in new business, typically measured on margin achieved and split of recurring and project, existing and new customers / clients)
• Administration & Finance (those beans don’t count themselves, and keeping a tight grip on commercials, billing, renewals and contracts is key to underpinning the great commercial and technical delivery of the MSP)
• Directors & Managers (they don’t all grow internally, and sometimes moving from one MSP to another pushes through a growth ceiling for MSP and candidate)
