With 534 stores nationwide together with a brilliant online store, we’re here to offer our customers a unique and enjoyable shopping experience, built on our core principles of value, variety and quality.

Our business
Our business model is all about high physical availability in high footfall areas. We focus on giving our customers what they want in today’s environment - a high volume and wide variety of great value products across multiple categories, supported by robust multichannel sales that meet and exceed expectations.

Our stores
You’ll find our stores in a huge and diverse range of locations; on high streets, in shopping centres, on retail parks, and as concessions (usually in garden centres).

On 10th May 2019, we reached a significant milestone in our growth journey when we opened our 500th store in the popular historic town of Winchester. We previously had a store there around 10 years earlier, and our return not only demonstrates that our business is a success, but also shows that we’re serious about bucking the trend and breathing new life into high streets across the UK.

Multichannel convenience
We’re one of the few value retailers with a full featured online store that helps our customers to shop how they want, when they want, 7 days a week.

Our website offers many exclusive products that are not available on the high street. And our popular click & collect service, which is used for more than one third of all online orders, means shopping with us is more convenient than ever.
