Team Medical supply Care/Support Workers to work within the community, supporting individuals within the comfort of their own home on a one to one basis, throughout the Southampton and surrounding Areas. We deliver long day shifts/Wake Nights/ Sleep nights and Live In support. We support a diverse client groups, supporting individuals with Physical Disabilities/ Mental disabilities/ clinical support... with all aspects of daily living.

Team Medical offer a smooth employment journey to the successful candidate with an excellent paid face to face Training Programme and also paid Clinical Training, regular supervisions/support from our dedicated office staff. Team Medical have various shift patterns, to suit the Support Workers availability.
