2. They are then assigned a career advisor who takes down their preferences and supports them throughout their job hunt.

3. Once their profile is made live, they are ready to receive interview requests from schools.

We reject on average 38% of the applicants on the platform, and those who are showcased on average receive 3 interview requests form our partner schools.

Teachers hired through the TeacherHQ platform receive a £100 sign-on bonus and continued support from the THQ team throughout their career. All teachers can also get a £50 referral bonus for every successful candidate they refer.
