Service Desk Analysts provide a comprehensive first line of IT support to employees within Taylor Rose. As the face of IT, they provide support, administration and troubleshooting services covering the full scope of IT systems and services. As well as having good technical and problem-solving skills, Service Desk Analysts are also expected to be organised and to have excellent customer service skills. This role involves but is not limited to: Logging and responding to Incidents and Requests via the Service Desk Ticket system in a timely manner. Liaising with resolving areas as appropriate to ensure speedy resolutions to queries and issues raised by users. Working to agreed processes, procedures, service levels and guidelines to deliver an efficient service to end users Answering telephone calls from end users in a courteous and professional manner Maintaining and supporting PCs, laptops and telephony system. Supporting and troubleshooting core software products including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Citrix and case management systems Undertaking Starters, Leavers, and User account updates and administration in accordance with agreed processes. Providing advice and guidance to end users on IT-related matters. Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experience Conveyancer with 4 years experience in Residential Property who is seeking an opportunity to work with the existing Managing Conveyancer in developing and expanding our Eastbourne site. We can offer this position as a Hybrid role with competitive remuneration, reward scheme, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 26 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays and committment to your career investment and growth. You will assist clients with the settlement and title transfer process by ensuring that their client is meeting all legal obligations and that their client’s rights are protected during the transaction. Advise clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process. This role involves but is not limited to: Receiving instructions and providing legal advice to clients on purchase, sales, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters. ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits and risk assessments. Issuing contracts Mortgage redemptions Exchange of contracts Ordering and reporting on searches Checking and reporting of titles, including leases and raising associated enquiries. Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs. New-build and second hand transactions Managing and developing relations with referrers Requirements: Must have residential conveyancing experience which includes full responsibility for handling all aspects of their own case load. We are seeking a legally Qualified Soliciotr for our Private Client Team based in Warrington, we will consider Permanent and Contract applicants as we contnue to drive the growth and invest in our non-property teams. You will have experience of supervisng Paralegals and keen to widen your network and offerings to our clients. Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan. Working on files as appropriate, including drafting letters, collating evidence and preparing cost letters. Dealing with new Clients and liaising with regards to the initial enquiries. Managing legal documentation in strict confidence. Attending Client meetings, taking instructions and preparing cases. Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions. Management of support services, including supervision of Paralegals and Legal Secretaries. Financial control with particular regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures. Providing regular updates to Client’s on matters. Dealing with any queries raised by Clients on particular matters. Submitting required documents to court prior to trial. Requirements: Legally qualified Ability to use case management systems High standard of computer literacy Must be adaptable and flexible Must have good time management and organisational skills Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Private Client Law.
