Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Kenilworth, Warwickshire Up to circa 55,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits We are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with at least 3 years' PQE, to join their office in Kenilworth as Head of the Department. The role will involve Running a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish Managing conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles Use of a case management system Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation Leading the Conveyancing department, including a team of fee earners and support staff This is a full-time, fully office-based position based in Kenilworth. Hybrid working one day per week from home will be considered.
