What we do

We are Swift Temps, a Worcestershire-based recruitment agency founded in 2016 by seasoned recruiters Damian Lee and Ross Wright, who between them have over three decades of industry experience.

We understand how important and sometimes difficult it can be finding the right support for your company.
That's why we've introduced a brand new permanent division. With the aim of providing a knowledgeable and professional perm service to candidates and clients within the Commercial, Engineering, Industrial, Transportation and Logistics sectors.
Since we launched in 2016, we've built a great reputation across our temporary staffing division serving businesses across Worcestershire. Within our new perm division we work closely with local teams to find and recruit the right professionals who will really add value to your business operations. 
From our humble beginnings at the kitchen table in early 2016, we have quickly grown our brand, now working in conjunction with some of the largest industrial brands across Worcestershire.
Our aim is to support the growing local economy through the provision of cost-effective and proactive recruitment services; operating across the industrial and engineering sectors. This is why we base ourselves in the heart of industrial Redditch, with an additional location in Worcester.
Our small team offers a professional, friendly and honest approach - working in partnership with clients and candidates alike. We strive for longevity, ensuring the very best working relationships and a wealth of ongoing support.

The Local Jobs Market
We know the local market and fully understand the challenges facing both our candidates and clients.
Across the UK in general, employment rates in quarter two were the highest since records began in 1971 (ONS).
Locally, Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP), has a target to create 25,000 new jobs and 10,000 apprenticeships by 2025. To support such phenomenal local growth businesses need to work with recruitment partners who can deliver on their promises, ensuring a swift supply of contingency labour in a cost-effective way.
The local recruitment market is only set to become more competitive. A survey carried out in 2016 by the UK Commission for Employment & Skills highlighted how skills shortages have increased since the last financial recovery; 79% of UK employers say the biggest challenge will be a shortage of suitable candidates.
To overcome this we only operate across the engineering, technical and industrial sectors; allowing us to maintain our focus at all times. We take the time to get to know our clients and candidates, understanding the challenges they face and working in partnership to overcome them.
