I am currently the Managing Director for Square Peg Recruitment Essex and East Anglia Region encompassing the counties of Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

I have worked in the Motor Industry for 25 years starting my career in 1990 as a Workshop Apprentice for Godfrey Davis Ford in St Albans, progressing and working my way up through the ranks to become the Aftersales Manager by the age of 23, a role I held for 12 years. During that time I delivered excellent profitability and outstanding customer service, winning the Chairman’s Award for customer satisfaction. In 2009 I progressed my career to become Regional Aftersales Manager, working for the largest dealer group in the UK, with responsibility for the Service, Parts and Bodyshop operations for 12 Dealerships. Prior to moving into motor trade recruitment I was the Dealer Principal at the large Ford Dealership where I originally started out as an Apprentice.

Throughout my 25 year career I have had a true dedication and passion for the Motor Trade, gaining excellent people skills, building strong relationships with staff, customers and businesses and successfully managing and recruiting across all departments. I now bring all of my dedication, knowledge and experience into choosing the right candidates for you.
