We are over 3,400 Santander Operations employees aiming to deliver Operational and Digital Excellence for Customers and Stakeholders across Santander UK.


We strive to support customers and all our colleagues at Branches, Contact Center, Relationship managers and central areas, in a increasingly digital world. We have offices nationally in 9 key locations stretching from Glasgow to Milton Keynes.
