With over 425 beds across 5 care homes in York, Leeds and Ilkley we offer specialist care services across the region. We also offer a range of care services to people in their own homes from 6 regional offices covering Yorkshire, Humberside and the North East.

Our range of services allows us to offer a genuine care pathway, promoting independence and dignity. We’ve been in the care business for over 50 years and as the business has expanded, our ethos in exceptional care has remained a core part of the Springfield Healthcare identity.
