Our professional client based near Ware are recruiting a warehouse operative to join their energetic, family run business. This is an exciting time to join our expanding company and is an ideal role for someone already working in a warehouse environment. Warehouse Operatives are at the heart of what our client does…from the moment an order is placed to the moment it is in the customer’s hands - it will be your job to receive, pick, create, pack, sort and ship parcels. You’ll be expected to work to the highest standards to make sure the company exceeds customer expectations. The working hours are Monday to Friday - 7am to 4.45pm (30 minutes for lunch). This role offers an attractive salary of 27,000 plus company bonus scheme, free on-site parking, company pension, free lunch, employee discount, flexible schedule, sick pay and wellness programmes. Due to our client’s location, candidates must have their own mode of transport. Tasks &amp; Responsibilities It will be your job to receive, pick, create, pack sort and ship parcels. Placing stock in a specific place until they are ordered by a customer. Picking: selecting items for a customer order. Warehouse Operative

We have an exciting opportunity to work within a varied role supporting two different departments and branches within the same business located in Hoddesdon. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours (8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday) and the role will be split between Hire Administration in the mornings and Office administration for a different area of the business in the afternoons. Candidates must be flexible, adaptable and be able to adjust between to two different roles. Working in small friendly Head Office providing all aspects of clerical/administrative support to ensure the smooth running of Contracts/Hire and business office. This role offers a Competitive salary. Duties include: Administrative control of contracts/hires through from quotation-order-invoice-completion to include: · Production of quotations, contracts, purchase orders, del/collection documents etc. · Calculate and raise sale invoices · Liaison with customers, suppliers, own branch Managers, Directors, engineers - organising deliveries/collections, updating in-house transport diary, recording service visits. · Job costing - inputting labour, vehicle information etc · Maintaining stock records, including insurance registers. · Producing weekly/monthly/annual spreadsheets and reports (Excel) · New customer credit account applications - taking up references etc. · Formulating client/project payment terms with Directors. · Assisting Marketing team with introductory letters, researching potential · UK and export sales markets, following up sales leads, Google analytics etc. · Respond to customer enquiries. Office Administrator

Our client based in Hertford are recruiting approximately 6 part-time Cleaners to work part-time hours on a permanent contract. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm and 6.00pm - 9.00pm, and Saturdays 7.00am - 10.00am and 8.30am - 12.30pm and our client would also consider candidates looking for term-time only. Candidates will not be required to work all these shifts as our client would consider candidates looking for mornings or evenings only or weekends only. This role offers an hourly rate of 11.44 per hour and ideally you will have your own mode of transport due to our client’s location. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard using powered cleaning equipment provided, which may include vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, carpet shampooers and any other appropriate equipment as required. Duties Carry out thorough daily cleaning of allocated areas on the site which will include such tasks as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing and washing to the specified standard. Areas may include changing rooms, toilets, dormitories, halls, offices and other areas. Only cleaning products and materials supplied by the company should be used when undertaking these duties. Sweep any entrances, external exits, stairwells and steps. Empty waste bins and remove litter to the nearest point for collection. Remove cobwebs and obvious stains from external low level glazed areas. Ensure there are adequate supplies of soap, toilet rolls and towels, as appropriate, and to replenish these as necessary. Shampoo all colourfast wool and synthetic carpets where refurbishment works and lettings allow. Carpets are to be spot cleaned at regular intervals during the rest of the year. Clean all walls at the end of each term. These are also to be spot cleaned at regular intervals during the rest of the year. Report any items requiring repair to the Domestic team management. Ensure that all safety precautions are taken to ensure your personal safety and the safety of others. For example, wearing appropriate protective clothing, not leaving cleaning materials unattended, only handling supplied cleaning chemicals/materials and clearly displaying wet floor signs during and after mopping. Clean any other area, as directed by the Cleaning Supervisors, to cover the absence of other staff or during refurbishment work. Support may be required to make beds at the start of each term and in the event of overnight guests due to school activities or lettings. Undertake ironing and sorting washing, as required. Complete all duties effectively, efficiently, accurately, and within allocated deadlines. In agreement with the Cleaning Supervisors, introduce processes and procedures where necessary and appropriate. Establish and maintain effective communication channels and efficient/effective working relationships with other members of the Domestic team, colleagues and third parties. Keep the Domestics management team fully up to date and informed about all allocated areas of responsibility and to report any significant problems as appropriate and within a reasonable time frame. Make use of appropriate equipment and facilities in order to complete duties in the most efficient and effective way. Undertake appropriate training to ensure that skills remain up-to-date and commensurate with the first-class service required for this role. They are recruiting a Production Technician within their manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. Our client welcomes from candidates across a broad range of experience levels. All work must be performed in accordance with current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) and local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Attention to detail is critical for this role. This is a full-time temporary role initially signed off for 6 months with a possible extension and offers an hourly rate of 14 - 16 per hour. The working hours for this assignment are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. You will also be entitled to 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays pro -rata. The main duties will include Producing sterile products using good aseptic procedures in a clean room environment. Performing both daily environmental monitoring and routine monitoring for the building.
