Our client is a thriving international bank with confirmed&nbsp;growth plans for 2024 that’s looking for an Operations Manager&nbsp;on a&nbsp;9 month fixed term contract basis to lead and nurture a&nbsp;team of Payments and Loan Operations Analysts. Ideal candidate’s will have a deep understanding of the UK payments market, PSD2, clearing and SWIFT payments and&nbsp;previous management experience is a must.&nbsp; The selected individual will not only manage the bank’s daily operations, including transaction processing and life cycle management, but also drive transformation by identifying system process improvements and aiding in the implementation of new technology. Our&nbsp;client has also requested that candidates must&nbsp;possess a strong background in data governance with hands on experience.&nbsp; Candidates with a background working with SME international banks, (AFB background) would be at an advantage due to the size of the organisation. Operations Manager

Reed Banking is currently hiring a permanent Financial Crime Training AVP . As a new team, this is a really exciting opportunity for individuals who are keen to design the overall financial crime training framework for the business! Joe Opportunities&nbsp; Create and enhance&nbsp;the Financial Crime HUB training framework. Develop training materials aligned with global and regional standards. Monitor regulatory changes impacting the 1st Line of Defence function. Collaborate with other teams to align KYC manuals and procedures. Deliver effective training programs to stakeholders within the organization. Requirements:&nbsp; Demonstrable experience creating and delivering financial crime training programs within an FCA-regulated business. Thorough understanding of financial crime (KYC) operations, processes, transaction monitoring, fraud, and PEP/sanctions screening. Previous experience interpreting banking compliance regulations and drafting policies for an effective KYC control framework in an Investment Banking context. Knowledge of UK &amp; EU financial crime compliance regulations, regulatory expectations, and industry practices.
