Planning Coordinator / Production Planner Up to 30,000 We are looking for someone with experience in Planning within FMCG for our client in Bellshill, who require someone for production planning and the ordering of raw materials and packaging as well as some logistics work as well. The appointed person will also support the business with production clerical tasks such as processing and recording orders, preparing reports, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking and filing. Duties will include: Ordering of all raw materials and packaging Liaison with suppliers abroad to arrange shipments of raw materials and packaging. Responsible for approving invoices relating to raw materials and packaging. Requesting credit notes from suppliers and liaising with finance team. Work closely with Production Front Line Managers to ensure that orders, stock levels and supply is monitored to minimise shortages. Communicate any changes in order volumes to the relevant customer contacts and production team. Communicates effectively with all internal departments to ensure collaborative working to achieve company objectives. Complete Production plan for next day, in line with stock orders and liaising with production, and adjusting accordingly on a daily basis. Stock adjustments for raw materials and packaging. Setting up new contracts for raw materials and packaging. Setting up new suppliers on CRM relating to raw materials and packaging and updating prices. Setting up for new product launches. Carry out monthly stock takes for raw materials and packaging. Responsible for managing all deliveries end-to-end and liaise with despatch and production on status. Responsible for arranging all transport, managing customer relations with transport companies, and dealing with all queries or issues. Control of costs in line with production outputs and budgetary controls. Ensure all documentation for department is accurately filed and stored confidentially. Sales Executive - Apprenticeships Up to 35,000 DOE car or allowance We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for a fantastic role selling Modern Apprenticeships into businesses. This is a pretty unique sales role in the respect that there is no cost involved to potential clients for them taking on apprentices as it is all fully funded for them. This is a mostly new business sales role, predominately field based and customer facing (so a driving licence is required) but also with some office and telephone work as well as you will need to proactively generate meetings to attend and pitch to them the prospect of them taking on Apprentices within their business. You will also have some company supplied data to work from, but the bulk of your work will likely come from you researching and sourcing your own leads and targeting businesses that fit the criteria. Previous experience of selling apprenticeships or training courses would of course be of very keen and relevant interest, but we can also consider experienced new business, customer facing sales professionals who might be looking to move into a different sector now. The company have a couple of different ways in which they could structure your remuneration package. One option could be a salary-only position of up to 35,000 depending on experience, and another option could be a lower base salary than this but with an additional commission structure also included as well which would enable you to earn above what a salary-only position would. Health &amp; Safety Advisor / Manager Up to 40,000 DOE We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional our client in Bellshill, who are ideally looking for someone experienced within the food manufacturing sector or possibly within other manufacturing areas if not food. You will be responsible for leading, developing, managing and supporting the full health, safety &amp; environment requirement for the company and you will play a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of employees and also visitors. This will be a very hands-on role where you will need to be proactive and will have to create and deliver training, spend a lot of time in the factory and review SOP’s, create RA’s, COSHH RA’s, implement an HSE system, and also be ok with doing H&amp;S Admin and reporting. Based in the Bellshill premises, with very occasional travel to other sites in UK and Europe (only around twice a year). Position accountabilities: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a Health, Safety &amp; Environment culture, overseeing health and safety compliance, managing risk, and driving an environmental sustainability agenda across the sites. Develop a HSE vision linked to the overall site Vision, Purpose &amp; Strategy. Create a 3-year rolling HSE Strategy that will transform business ways of working. Develop HSE policies &amp; procedures. Train and coach managers and staff on these standards and develop confirmation mechanisms to ensure that standards are being delivered. Audit compliance to policies &amp; procedures on a routine basis. Continuously improve HSE KPIs. Seek innovative ways to step change performance in HSE KPIs. Risk assess all site operations and build mitigation plans across all functions to control risks. Notify the Senior Management Team of any business-critical risks and incidents. Support with the investigation of accidents / incidents, including reporting any incidents to the HSE within the prescribed time frame. Liaise with local Authority Representatives to ensure that the site meets all HSE legal &amp; other requirements. Support the site teams &amp; key stakeholders through coaching, visits, meetings, and training sessions as and when required. Role model HSE behaviours to build a culture of care for each other, our business and our environment. Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills. Any other ad hoc duties as and when required. Experience required: NEBOSH Certificate Relevant higher education qualifications e.g. Degree Level, HND with substantial relevant practical experience of occupational health and safety. Demonstrable background in a health &amp; safety related role, preferably within a food manufacturing environment. Experience of maintaining, developing and implementing H&amp;S policies, procedures and standards, in a dynamic environment, to ensure compliance with the law and relevant regulations. Ability to build strong relationships and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with effective planning and organisational skills. Provide H&amp;S leadership within a collaborative team working environment - able to clearly interpret and explain complex H&amp;S, influence decisions and make things happen. Experience of collaboration and communication with external regulatory bodies or organisations. Experience of designing, implementing and conducting H&amp;S audit programmes. Fully IT literate. Health & Safety Advisor

Workshop Operator Circa 23,000 We are looking for someone with suitable experience for a Workshop position at our clients branch in Inverness. For this position we require an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Monday - Friday, dayshift position. You will assist with daily workshop activities and provide installation, maintenance and support for the company's multi-functional devices products such as copiers and printers. Applicants must have previous and related technical workshop experience and be able to become competent at working with photocopier and print devices, which you will receive training on of course. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to provide workshop and maintenance support, do pre-delivery inspections and set-up machine to be ready for installations, and helping with refurbishment works on machines.
