My client is a leading private healthcare provider based in Central London. They have a required for a qualified and experienced Project Accountant to join there busy finance team This role provides the opportunity to step into a collaborative Finance Team and involves producing, value-add financial information and supporting the management accounting team within the finance function Duties and areas of responsibilities. Joint Venture Accounting: Responsible for the accounting of sub accounts, including production of Statutory accounts, forecasts, inter-company accounting transactions. With prior experience in accounting for inter-company transactions. Ensuring that the accounts produced are in time Advisory Role: Providing financial guidance and support to project teams to help them make informed decisions and achieve project objectives. Audit support: To support the Finance manager in areas of Audit including production of Statutory Accounts. Working with the finance manager to create a new Stat model. Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to assess project profitability, return on investment, and cost efficiency. They provide insights to project managers and stakeholders to support decision-making. Month-end Close: Support the Finance Manager with the month end pack and tasks as required. Financial Reporting: Generating financial reports related to project performance, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets. These reports provide insights into the financial health of the project and help stakeholders make informed decisions. Ad Hoc Projects: Participating in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve process improvement initiatives, or other ad hoc tasks. Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards in all financial activities. Providing technical accounting support to the team where required.

Project Accountant - 12 month FTC

My client a leading private health company based in West London has an opportunity for a permanent Finance Analyst Providing clear, consistent financial information with insightful analysis and commentary on a range of financial issues, including: Pricing, costing, profitability and activity analysis Post investment and decision making reviews Business case development and analysis Financial modelling Dashboard development Payor contract analysis Supporting the creation of business cases and the development of new services Supporting month end close down and performance reporting. Review of actual monthly performance against prior year, forecast and budget. Preparing strong variance / bridge analysis, identifying key trends with commentary as required. Assessing and presenting any risks and opportunities to the current forecast on a monthly basis, highlighting the key issues with proposed mitigations. Preparing forecasts, annual budgets and longer term business plans in line with timetables. Providing cover for other Analysts/Business Partners within the finance team as required, and working as an integrated team across Finance to support broader team initiatives and requirements. Supporting the Commercial Finance team to engage with and assist Senior Managers completing a range of financial analysis to meet their needs. Developing strong, credible and professional relationships Identifying opportunities for process, reporting and performance improvement as part of a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring best practice is delivered and shared with the entire Finance function

Finance Analyst - Permanent

Finance Analyst - 9 month FTC

Radley Green is working with a fast-growth Fire and Security Alarms business to recruit their new Head of Engineering Operations. This is a key role in the growth of the business and will play a pivotal role in leading the team of 15-20 installation, service &amp; maintenance engineers. This role will be part of the senior management team of this growing business and play a big part in it's growth. This role will be 3 days a week based in the Leicester head office and 2 out in the field reviewing and evaluating the work of the engineers / projects. This role is not an &quot;on the tools&quot; role but is a managerial and development role for an experienced Alarms professional with a background in engineering. Key Responsibilities: Installation management Plan engineers’ diaries to maximise utilisation - 15-20 engineers at present. Track installation delivery against quotation to ensure margins are maintained. Source and organise equipment for engineers to carry out installation projects. Liaise directly with customers to book in installation work. Technical support Act as the go-to person for engineers who encounter technical challenges. Participate in key client meetings if required and offer technical expertise. Ensuring NSI technical compliance. Recruitment and training Source, interview and select prospective engineer candidates. Provide training to new engineers. Oversee and implement individual training plans for engineers. Enforce quality standards across Installation, Maintenance, Extra Works and Service. Fleet management Ensure all company vehicles remain legally compliant and mechanically sound. Manage trackers when required. Buy/sell vehicles when required. Acquisition assistance Perform skills audit on the incoming engineers. This is a great role for an experienced Alarms engineer who has managed and developed teams.
