Answer the phone, take reservations and deal with any enquiries. Prepare catering list with important information and making sure kitchen and front of house are aware. Prepare daily reports as required. Manage guest payments, invoices, receipts. Reconcile petty cash. Manage comprehensive hand over to following shift. Help guests with local enquiries, bookings, tickets, and travel arrangements. Report maintenance items to the maintenance logbook. Responsible for all health &amp; safety during shift. Prepare welcome drinks for arriving guests. All future deposits are processed and recorded. All pre-charges are processed and recorded. Responsible for guest security and ensure their belongings are labelled correctly. Assist front of house as necessary Make sure all allergies/intolerances are clearly marked on catering list and F&amp;B team is aware of it. General duties: Assist with other functions as necessary. Maintain register of visiting maintenance/service companies. Report accidents or incidents promptly and correctly. Be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour in or around the hotel. Handle emergencies if necessary, during shift. Comply with all Reception related SOP’S. You are expected to be presentable at all the times. Make sure there is always someone at the reception at all operational times. This sea hotel was once described as a shining white ocean liner surrounded by golden beaches and silver seas. We are ’m currently looking for 2x housekeepers to live on the island. Who will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire property, including guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas. Working hours will be 40 hours per week working 5 days a week 8-hour shifts. shift patterns could be. 7am-3pm 9am-5pm Or the split shift 9am-3pm/ 7pm-9pm as they offer turndown service. RESPONSIBILTIES Cleaning a set number of guest rooms each day to the sop standards required Reporting any damaged or missing items to the Head Housekeeper Carrying out guest requests such as extra beds, pillows, bathroom supplies Completing deep cleaning projects as required Cleaning public areas to the standards required To only use hotel approved chemicals and substances correctly and safely following certain procedures and by using correct dilution ratios. Property Sales Executive Milton Keynes based. Range of 18k - 20k basic. 5-10% commission, based upon experience. OTE of between 35k - 45k. Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with days off being Thursday and Sunday. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join this award-winning family-owned agency based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will need to have their own car and clean licence.
