Temp to Perm We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services. The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards. We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place in April TBC We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry. You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries. The role is weekend working Saturday &amp; Sunday 20 hour contract with 10 hour shifts in between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM Training on site -Monday - Friday for 2 weeks You will receive full training and support from an existing team. This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based based. This role is to start immediately on Tuesday 7th May on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your 'can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn. Learning Content Designer Instructional Designer (7th Edition, Prince2) Contract | Fixed Term Remote-based work/work from home Day Rate ( ): Flexible upon experience We are recruiting on behalf of an outstanding, global E-learning provider who is looking for an e-learning author/instructional designer to develop content specifically for the newly available 7th Edition Prince2® Foundation and Practitioner Qualifications. You will be creating content for both Foundation and Practitioner courses. As an author/content writer for the new edition, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating engaging, up-to-date online, self-study material that empowers aspiring project managers worldwide. You will need to be experienced in working with Prince2 as both project management system and as a learning tool. The content would include creating learning materials to prepare students for exams, formative assessment and quizzes to help reinforce learning as well as exam preparation content. It would be a mix of text based content, potentially including activities/videos to help with engagement, progression etc You will be working within internal course delivery and curriculum specialists along with content and graphic designers. If you don’t currently have Prince2 (7th edition), we can fund and progress you through the exam as part of this contract. Keys skills: Experienced in working with Prince2 as a learning tool. Instructional Designer

We are working with a leading education institution to recruit a HR Officer / Advisor (Generalist) on a 12 month FTC with a view to go permanent. The roles are working Term Time only 2 weeks (total 41 weeks per year) in the Education sector. Salary: 26,255.00 - 28,131.00 (term time only 2 weeks) Location: Mixture of home working, central (Nottingham City) and, site (onsite in Derbyshire). Main Duties of the HR Officers: Provide advice to line leaders on the HR policies and procedures to follow for HR-related situations. Assisting with the organisation of the recruitment and onboarding process and paperwork for employees. Ensure all aspects of HR administration, including new starters, leavers, variations, maternity, performance reviews, absence, references etc are produced and paperwork completed and entered into the HR database accurately and on time Responding to staff inquiries in a timely manner with correct information, raising issues as appropriate with leaders Supporting HR casework with documentation, advice on the process, and attendance at meetings for investigations, disciplinary, capabilities, grievances, and appeal situations.
