We consult with our candidates to define their skills, competencies, personality and career aspirations, as well as their personal circumstances regarding location. Through this careful process we help our candidates to define their position and potential within the market-place. This approach develops trust with our candidates, as we partner with them to develop their career.

DETAILED PREPARATION FOR INTERVIEW

Once we have identified an appropriate role for our candidates, we ensure they fully understand the job specification, help them prepare for the interview and advise them on how to present themselves. By working hard to achieve a match between our clients' roles and our candidates, we are confident that every candidate we put forward is right for the role. We keep our candidates fully informed throughout the process including detailed feedback after interviews.

We believe this approach results in a productive recruitment, achieving success for both our clients and our candidates. In fact, many candidates we place subsequently ask us to recruit roles in their teams, and the process goes full circle!

An example of how we do things differently is our unique six week review for permanent roles where we meet with both our client and candidate to ensure expectations and objectives have been met on both sides

We recruit for permanent, interim, contract and temporary roles.

We work across all business sectors, including FMCG, retail and distribution, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, media & communications, insurance, consultancy and service sectors.

As well as working with blue-chip businesses, we also work with SMEs recruiting key roles for their finance departments.

We recruit within the Reading, Bracknell, Staines, Camberley, Wokingham, Slough, Maidenhead areas, also covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Middlesex.

Angela Plumstead is our Managing Director and founded Plumstead Consulting with the purpose of offering an exceptional recruitment consultancy service to candidates and clients. Angela's extensive experience enables her to work with candidates to achieve the best for them and their career.

Ravi Atwal Baker, Principle Consultant 12 years of knowledge within the Recruitment & IT industry. Having joined Plumstead Consulting in January 2014, Ravi brings her proactive and analytical approach to the business. She thrives on meeting her objectives with a vision of success.
