What we do

Pitch is an award-winning recruitment consultancy specialising in the Marketing, Digital, Creative, PR and Sales industries operating in Birmingham and Manchester.

Our passion for the sector and determination to work collaboratively with clients and candidates has seen us develop a reputation based on strong ethics and an innate ability to spot the very best talent.

What roles do we cover?
Quite simply, all roles in the Marketing, Digital, Creative, PR and Sales sectors. Both in-house from SMEs to major global brands, and in agencies from boutique start-ups to global networks. We also recruit on a freelance and temporary basis within these sectors. 


We cover all levels too. From junior designers to Creative Directors, Marketing Assistants to Marketing Directors, Account Executives to Client Services Directors and MDs. Plus everything in between.
