In late 2005 we were contacted, via one of the Scandinavian networking groups that we belong to, by the Director of a call centre who needed Swedish and Danish speakers for an upcoming project.

He was offering jobs in London for Nordic language speakers and he had found that his usual suppliers could not help him find the right people to staff a Scandinavian language, business to business, telesales project.

In fact, he couldn’t find a UK based Scandinavian language recruitment specialist.

We were able to help him – and that led us to wonder whether he was alone in finding it difficult to find staff with Nordic languages.

Within a month we had done our research, registered Nordic Staff as a business, built a website and started offering Nordic language recruitment services.

Since that time we have become a valued Nordic recruitment partner to some of Europe‘s best employers and placed many Nordic speakers in permanent jobs around the World.
