Our Philosophy
You spend an awful lot of time at work so if your job isn’t making you happy then maybe it’s time to look for a new one and I can certainly help you.

As you will know there are lots of recruitment companies out there and I promise you that we aren’t all created equal!  Especially if you’ve had a negative experience in the past, using a recruitment agent may not be at the top of your list.

However when I place a candidate I try to focus on who they are and what they are interested in. I work hard to get to know my candidates so that I create great matches whereby people fit the companies I’m working with as well as possible. Sometimes, that means that I can’t find you a job right away, but I always have a number of roles up my sleeve for the right person.

It’s not in anyone’s interest for me to place candidates in places where they won’t be happy. The first step in working with me will be for us to meet for a cuppa or to have a phone conversation and for you to tell me all about you, what you do and what you’re looking for.

That will mean that I get a sense of what you want from a new job and the kind of atmosphere you will thrive in. If I don’t think you’re the right person for a vacancy that I have then I’ll always be straight with you!
