Lime Staffing (formerly Lime Social Care) is a leading health and social care recruitment business established since 2003.
We provide healthcare professionals to a wide network of public, private and voluntary sector clients across the South East.
If you are a Registered Mental Health Nurse or an experienced Health Care Assistant / Support Worker looking for agency work in settings such as psychiatric hospitals, residential care homes and supported living services, we'd love to hear from you.

At Lime Staffing, we have a relatively small team made up of frontline Consultants & Account Managers, together with a back-office team managing Payroll, Compliance & Training. 

The team are managed by a highly capable Operations Director and Managing Director.

Every member of our team has a solid background in either recruitment, or health & social care (or both).  Collectively, we have a vast amount of experience and expertise in our field.

Whilst we are a smaller, independent recruitment business, most of our team have worked at larger, national recruiters, before joining us.  

A lot of experienced recruiters like the idea of working at Lime because we offer our Consultants greater autonomy and we don't micro-manage or enforce excessive KPIs and sales targets.
