You’ll support our clients' multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic to their website, generate leads and engagement and retain and engage new sponsors. The role - Events Marketing Executive As a Sponsorship Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising sponsorship campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, writing persuasive copy, and collaborating with designers to bring campaigns to life. You'll also maintain accurate and up-to-date sponsor listings on event websites to ensure visibility and alignment throughout the campaign cycle. Working closely with the Marketing Director and your sales and marketing team, you’ll help develop precise audience targeting strategies to maximise campaign relevance and performance. You’ll leverage CRM systems to manage inbound leads, opportunities, and inquiries, supporting the growth of a robust sales pipeline. You'll also be responsible for compiling and organising data lists to support campaign delivery and sales initiatives. You’ll monitor campaign performance against key business metrics, including revenue, web traffic, lead generation, and meeting conversions, and use these insights to optimise campaigns in real time. Your role will also involve producing post-event reports and ROI summaries for sponsors, clearly demonstrating the impact of their investment. Additionally, you’ll contribute to testing and evaluating new campaign formats, creative concepts, and messaging strategies. Your efforts will support broader advocacy marketing initiatives and help boost overall campaign effectiveness. As part of a collaborative team environment, you’ll work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure each campaign delivers on its objectives and exceeds sponsor expectations. This is a key role within the content team, where you'll take ownership for producing two major conferences (UK and US) and oversee see production of smaller-scale events. You’ll be responsible for in-depth market research, agenda development, and curating speaker invitations at a high level, with the support of a dedicated speaker recruitment team.
