Impact Teachers was founded in 2005 by our CEO Ron Rosati and Director Jen Rosati. Their mutual love of education and making a difference was the catalyst for Impact Teachers. Ron and Jen identified the need to support schools in the UK with quality teachers from Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

Education is for everyone. It is this belief that spearheaded our initiative to bring our teachers into the lives of the less fortunate. Impact provides the opportunity for teachers to give back to education by utilising their skills and techniques, assisting teachers in Kenya via our Teacher Training Programmes. This life changing experience is unique to Impact Teachers and one that many say has been the most rewarding so far in their teaching career.
