Working at First Call Directory

First Call Directory is an online, all business directory promoting businesses by postcode. Information is accessed by postcode area, thus maintaining a local, community feel.

Our premier USP is that businesses are guaranteed exclusivity in their chosen postcode district, for example there will only be one accountant accepted and promoted in BB1, one in BB2, etc.

Once registered businesses are supported through highlighting on their dedicated postcode section of the website, boosting information on dedicated social media platforms and via networking opportunities provided by us.

We have a growing marketing and PR budget for website promotion.

First Call Directory accepts only high quality, reliable businesses and to maintain this standard we research testimonials ourselves. We also operate a monitoring system to ensure that every business we promote continues to meet this expectation.

The community aspect of the Directory is very important. To this end we are adding a "What's On?" section to each postcode division of the website, where local and community organisations can advertise upcoming events free of charge. We also contribute £5 from each registration fee to one of three local charities which have been chosen by our staff. Each business indicates their preference on registration.

 

You will contact local businesses by telephone or face to face to explain the benefits of registering with First Call Directory and how we can promote and support them.

You will work from home with regular contact and support and with at minimum a monthly team meeting where you will have the opportunity to interact with other members of your postcode team over lunch provided by us.
