Duties · Produce all documentation for the manufacturing files as a matter of urgency ensuring accuracy. · Accurately processing and tracking customer orders. · Produce all necessary documentation for the sales order files. · Support the Sales Team · Respond to customer queries by phone, email, or post. · Assist with production planning with Directors where required. · Enter/update all sales orders on the company MRP system and send Customer Invoices using the company MRP system. We are looking for an Electrical Support Technician to join our client who has recently moved to the Linton area. Applicants should be excellent communicators, have good IT skills and have an excellent understanding of Electrical assembly. Main Duties: · To become a detailed technical expert of the company’s Test Division products including their operation, application, and competitive position. · Develop the test services business with both data preparation and testing of customer products. · As part of test services, to be a competent user of the CAD processing software and be a backup for the team in supporting these products. · To assist the Test and Assembly Business Division Manager in supporting the sales organization by providing technical support for the test products including demonstrations, presentations, seminars, and conferences, and by attending exhibitions. · To support the installed systems with technical support which may involve service and calibration visits to our customers in the UK and Ireland. The ability to travel and work using own initiative is an essential part of the role. · Assist with the commissioning and training of customers on the supplied equipment at the customers' site if required. · Become familiar with the operation and programming of the various test/optical inspection and production systems and to be able to assist the engineering team. Electrical Support Technician

We have been assigned to recruit, on behalf of our Client, a conscientious Finance Assistant to join their busy and growing team.This is a challenging and rewarding position that will require you to work within an office-based environment and assist in all areas of finance for the company. This is a full-time role and the hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-5.30 pm with an hour for lunch (Effectively a 40 hours week). Reporting directly to the Finance Manager,the Finance Assistant will be responsible for: Ensuring accurate VAT accounting Raising purchase orders Inputting supplier invoices Conducting supplier statement reconciliations Collaborating with colleagues and customers to facilitate prompt invoice payments. Assisting the Management Accountant with monthly accounts preparation. Support in payroll preparation Daily use of Microsoft Excel. The Finance Assistant we are looking to recruit will ideally have numerical competency, a good eye for detail and have proven previous experience in Finance (Ideally 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and or accounts receivable). Must complete a background check in compliance with pre-employment policies. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a small team, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. Also, should be able to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines. The salary offered is negotiable is depending on skill set.
