At Client Server, we are driven by technology but powered by people.

We help businesses across the UK, Europe, and the USA build world-leading engineering and tech teams.

Since 1999, we have partnered with some of the biggest names in technology, from Fintech and Gaming to Crypto and Proprietary Trading, to find people to propel them forward.

Partnering with our Clients

We work with clients ranging from cutting edge technology start-ups to established technology leaders, including software houses, investment banks, hedge funds and consultancies.

We see ourselves as a dedicated part of a client’s recruiting arm, with servicing tech roles at the core. Each client is assigned their own Account Manager, who is the first port of call for all hiring and candidate queries. It is their job to know and anticipate a client’s needs and ensure only the highest calibre of candidates is presented for their roles.

Our Commitment to DEI

Client Server is dedicated to building diverse technology teams globally. We see first-hand the benefits of hiring a diverse team and encourage our clients to have regular conversations around diversity to ensure their attitudes reflect our own. We help clients with specific diversity needs by implementing female friendly recruitment processes such as blind hiring and by writing adverts that use female coded words, highlight female friendly benefits, and include DEI statements. We post these adverts on a range of professional channels including smaller DEI websites to build diverse pipelines.
