Procurement Officer

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a rapidly growing provider within the Independent Financial Advice space? Perhaps you’re looking for a home to complete your level 4 qualification and accelerate your career towards being an advisor? We are searching for a new Paraplanner to join our team providing support to, and gaining experience from, our established advisors. I’m interested, what’s the package? 40k per annum 25 days leave plus bank holidays Enhanced employer pension and other benefits Sounds good- what’s the role? You’ll provide operational support to an Independent Financial Advisor as they support the financial needs of up to 150 clients. Each year a client receives a report detailing their financial positions with potential changes for the year ahead, you’ll be responsible for collating data and presenting these reports accurately. You’ll work across at least half a dozen financial platforms to search for products, check suitability and discuss possible products with the advisors. Some exposure to these platforms would be useful. Perhaps you’ll already be level 4 trained, but we will support you on your journey if you wish to work towards becoming an advisor. In some cases you will carry out transactions and applications on a client’s behalf. The ability to work with accuracy while delivering great customer service would make you a great candidate. Paraplanner

Are you an ambitious administrator looking to build a career in financial services? Perhaps you’re already an experienced financial administrator looking to stretch your skills? We are searching for a new administrator to join our thriving and rapidly growing Financial Services group that provides fully independent financial advice for individuals and business owners. Sounds interesting, what’s the package? 30k per annum 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Enhanced employer pension. So what’s the role? Working from our Grimsby office you will provide administrative support to Advisors and Paraplanners across the business with some client facing responsibilities on occasions. From supporting the writing of annual reports for clients to recording investments into new products and operating back office systems it’s key you have good attention to detail and are comfortable with finance and numbers. This role is a great first step into the world of independent financial advice, having your CII level 3 certificate would be a huge advantage, however we will also support people to train towards them if they want that career path. Any experience within financial services would also make you a great candidate. Pensions, investments, insurance and banking are all great groundings for the role. Our company is highly regarded from a regulatory perspective, experience of working in regulated or professional service environments would also serve you well.
