Our founders have experience in education and recruitment since 2003. Having been teachers ourselves, we were formed on the principles of putting the teacher at the centre of the recruitment process. Whether a teacher is recruited locally or globally our ethos dictates a service that is outstanding in all elements. We work in partnership with a strong client base of schools and headteachers, which has been forged over a 15 year journey. Our aim is to service our schools with passionate teachers who pride themselves in being outstanding practitioners.

We specialise in placing teachers in Early Years, Primary KS1, KS2 and Secondary Education. London is a hugely diverse city, and we’re proud to offer our teachers an opportunity to explore it whilst inspiring children in our schools across Islington, Hackney, Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, Westminster, Camden, Waltham Forest, Essex, Hertfordshire, Clapham, Croydon, Wimbledon- the options are endless. We work closely with a wide selection of schools both North and South of the river Thames. By managing a close relationship with our schools and headteachers, we ensure a seamless integration into the school team for each candidate.
