0800 HANDYMAN is one of the largest professional handyman services in London. We’ve grown our service through a very simple approach – understanding what customers need and making sure that we consistently fulfill this need. So, we book specific appointment times, use scooters and motor bikes to minimize delays, only employ handymen with a friendly attitude and a positive outlook, subject them to CRB checks, provide them with the best tools available and make sure that they are smartly uniformed. We charge sensible prices that are really competitive when compared to specialist contractors. And, our workmanship is backed by a no quibble guarantee. All this combines to produce a value for money service that consistently receives customer commendation.

The business is owned by the Zockoll Group, which has an excellent pedigree in operating quality services. Its Chairman, Jim Zockoll, was the founder of Dyno-Rod, the UK’s premier drain and plumbing service. It was sold to British Gas in 2004. We started trading under the name Redjacks in 2001 and changed to 0800 HANDYMAN in 2003 following an initial investment into the business by the Zockoll Group.

The expertise that led to Dyno-Rod becoming a business with a first class reputation for service excellence is now being applied to 0800 HANDYMAN. Reliability, professionalism and trust are the cornerstones of our service.
